An HMO-type dental plan where you know your costs up front.
In an age of rising healthcare costs, Delta Care is an alternative way to cover you and your family’s dental care needs economically and conveniently. In this program, you select one office from any of the established dental practices participating in a contracted network. A list of all covered services displays the co-pay you are responsible for, so you know your total costs up front, and preventive services like cleaning and exams have no or low co-pays.
The plan also has a benefit to assist with dental emergencies that occur when you are more than 35 miles from your dentist. The program will pay emergency dental expenses incurred up to a maximum of $100 every 12 calendar months. This benefit is for services to relieve pain until you can return to your primary care dentist.
